The Challenge

When Eazi Apps first started they had multiple, standard analog lines. When they received calls, they could not transfer calls between phones, and had to physically go over to each other’s desks to take or answer phone calls

Working with franchise partners and customers across the globe also brought with it various challenges, including the enormous cost of calling clients abroad and being charged exorbitant international rates.

This was not sustainable.

The Solution

The VoIP Shop provided Eazi-Apps with a state of the art phone system, where each staff member had their own extension and Direct Dial Number. All their old phone numbers were ported over to the new platform and configured according to their needs. To begin with their main number would present the caller with an Auto Attendant, offering various options for the caller to choose, and directing the call to the most appropriate team to handle the call. Each option would ring a specific set of phones, with options for overflow, if all the phones were busy, ensuring that no calls were missed.

With the cloud phone system there are no restrictions on where any specific extension is based, provided there is an internet connection is available. This allowed Eazi-Apps to use this feature to allow some of their staff to be based overseas, with no additional communications costs whatsoever.

Extremely competitive pricing on international calls ensured that their phone bill was reduced by 90%.

Over the years Eazi-Apps has grown with TheVoipShop, and now offers various solutions.

Always there to help our businesses. Even when our outgoing provider had difficulties due to the current situation, the team at The Voip Shop worked tirelessly until the problems were resolved. Glad we made the switch! … so say’s Zakir Daud, the CEO of Eazi Apps.
