Pricing, availability and specifications
Prices, package contents, hardware specifications, network speeds and service availability shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to survey, credit check, line and network availability at your premises, and to our Terms and Conditions. Broadband and leased line speeds are estimates and depend on factors outside our control, including your premises, internal cabling and the underlying network operator. Any figures given for speed, uptime or performance are not guarantees unless they are set out in a signed contract or Service Level Agreement with you.
VoIP services and emergency calls
VoIP telephony depends on a working internet connection and mains power. In the event of an internet outage or power failure, VoIP services - including calls to the emergency services on 999 and 112 - may be unavailable unless suitable backup arrangements are in place. Location information passed to the emergency services is based on the address registered against your service, which may not be the address you are calling from. We strongly recommend that every customer maintains an alternative means of making emergency calls, such as a mobile phone. It is your responsibility to keep your registered address up to date with us.
