Seven Life Sciences has been set up with a very clear objective in mind – to become the trusted company that pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and clinical companies turn to for all their specialist recruitment needs. As such, they have the experienced professionals at hand to help life sciences companies of all types to find the right people for either permanent or contract roles.

Their main point of contact with both their clients and their candidates is the phone system, and one of the first questions they had was latency – that is the quality of the calls. They also wanted a responsive telecommunications partner that could provide an effective response and support quickly, as they simply do not have time to wait an hour to be connected to a support agent to ask a simple question or resolve a problem.

The Solution
