Our return policy for products is as follows:
- You can return any product that you purchased from us within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt and proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please
fill the return contact form from below.
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy for products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your business.

You can complete our returns form from below. No return will be accepted without this.
- You must send back any goods relating to a warranty claim at your own expense. Please ensure all returned goods are adequately insured (to the value of the goods). Goods must be well packaged and proof of postage obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.
- Upon return, if no fault is found we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods back to you. If the item is faulty, we will fully repair or replace it depending on the nature of the fault / problem. We will return any items we need to repair or replace at our expense.
- You can send your faulty product back to the following address along with a a copy of the purchase invoice (receipt) and the returns document. If these documents are not included, we will refuse the return.
- Prior to any returning any items, you MUST complete an online returns form.

Before you submit your return, please ensure you check our terms and conditions otherwise your return may be rejected.
Once your return request has been submitted, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss it. If the return is accepted, we will also send you an email confirming the next steps following your return request including full details on how and where you should return the goods too.
